RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our products from USTIDE. Since we only ship to the United States and do not ship to other regions, our return and refund policies below are applicable only to customers in the United States. If there are any issues, you can contact us at any time, and we will do our utmost to assist you. 

Return Policy 

 

We currently offer returns within 30 days on most items:

Except for defective or incorrect orders, you are responsible for covering all expenses associated with the return.

Flat rate $8 mail-in fee within 30 days applies to all products.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.

If it has been more than 30 days since you received the item(s), or if we determine that the product has been damaged by you, we will not accept the return or exchange.

Please allow 30 business days for your return to process. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated. It may take 3 to 5 business days (or longer depending on the payment method used) for the refund to appear on the original form of payment.

If you return your items after 30 days from the delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

Free returns are only applicable for defective or incorrect products. In other situations, you may need to cover the return expenses, such as shipping fees and taxes. Please note that there are no processing fees for returns.

Final Sale Products

No returns will be accepted outside of our 24-hour order cancellation window.

Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. USTIDE reserves the right to limit service if customers exhibit excessive return activity. 

Are final sale items eligible for your 30 day trial?

No, final sale items are not eligible for our 30 day trial. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

Return Charges

In cases other than when the return is due to defective or incorrect products (caused by our company), you are responsible for covering all the expenses related to the return, such as shipping fees.

You have the option to arrange the return shipping on your own or request a shipping label from us. If you choose to request a shipping label from us, the shipping cost will be $8, which will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return

Reach us → Request follow-up → Reply with a shipment option(You) → Repack the package & send it back(You) → Return package received & processed → Refund

1. To request a return, please email us with your order number and request. * For online request submission, please include your email address on the NOTE for better communication.

2. Our team will contact you through the email address  contact@ustide.com and assist you throughout the process. NOTE: We will definitely respond to your order requests. It usually takes about 2 business days to process. If you don't receive a reply within that time, please check your email trash first as it might be marked as spam. If you still haven't received anything, you can contact us through WhatsApp or online chat.

3. You have the option to handle the return shipping yourself or request a shipping label from us.

4. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging, print the shipping label (if provided), and hand over the package to the carrier.

5. We will process your return package upon receipt.

6. Once the return is completed, we will issue a refund and notify you via email.

Returns by Mail:

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within three to five business days. All mail-in returns are subject to an $8 return fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you return your items after 30 days from their delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

Refund Policy

For customers who have received wrong or defective products (due to our company's reason), we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the order. We will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the items, or the evidence of you having sent back the items, or when we verify your return by other means, whichever is earlier. If you choose to keep certain items and only make a partial return, the delivery cost and relevant tax will not be refunded.
